Grass Fed Beef
The Lazy 69 Ranch is a family ranch located in Northern California where the Sierras meet the Cascade Range, between Mt. Lassen and Mt. Shasta, less than an hour east of Redding.
We take an organic, environmentally responsible approach to raising natural, grass-fed beef without the use of hormones, antibiotics or additives.
Healthy Cattle are Healthy for You
The cattle is raised and grazed in Hat Creek, California grown by Henry & Pam Giacomini. You can find the Lazy 69 Ranch beef label locally throughout the Redding area.
Grass-fed beef is good for the land and good for you!
Our beef is dry aged, the old fashioned way, at least 21 days for full flavor and tenderness. Each cut is then hand carved and vacuum packed under USDA inspection.
You can order USDA Grass-Fed Beef by the quarter (75 lbs), half (150 lbs) or whole beef (300 lbs). For those with limited freezer space, we offer a convenient tenth beef pack (30 lbs) or individual cuts by the pound.

"Hey there again. I'm not sure if I ever told you how wonderful your beef is! I am enjoying it to almost a criminal level. It cooks up better tasting and juicier than any other grass finished beef I've tried so far! (but I'm sure you already know that...) Thanks so much!"
